The Good Sister
HE WASN’T HERS TO LOVE … BUT HER HEART DOESN’T CARE…
When Isla Evans agrees to switch lives with her rising star of a twin for three weeks, she has no idea the move will thrust her into the same bed as her teenage celebrity heartthrob, Bradley King. Trapped there at her sister’s request, she gives her desire free reign and finds herself falling hard and fast.
And she’s not alone.
Bradley wants a wife to tick all the boxes, save for one: love. It’s not part of the deal, never was, never will be. But when he returns home early to find his hopeful-fiancée behaving all sorts of different, he likes it. A lot. Suddenly, he wants a real marriage, with all the trimmings, and he will stop at nothing until he gets it.
But this Hollywood HEA faces one big hurdle—she’s not who he thinks she is…

The good sister is a book about sister’s love and steamy romance. It is a perfect combination of romance and passion.
What happens when the twin sisters exchange lives and one (Isla) falls in love with her sister’s (Carrie’s) boyfriend?! Well, things go south specially when he falls in love with Isla thinking that it is Carrie who changed.
I really loved Isla’s character here in this book (as well as Bradely’s but hear me out). Isla agreed to Carrie’s stupid idea of exchanging places and was shocked seeing Brad in her bed after she lived without a guy for years. So, what she’s gonna do? Sleep with him? Of course! She’s Carrie after all, right? No need to think of Isla as a slut, because she’s not. Carrie was completely fine with them sleeping together. Isla was the one who wanted to tell him really early that they swapped places but Carrie didn’t allow her to. Of course, it doesn’t justify her actions of not telling him. Why I loved her if she’s not all that good you might think?! Well, because she was compassionate, loving, caring and total opposite of what Carrie is. I just love those kind of characters. Also, her walk in heels is how I walk in heels as well so she got that plus point there. 😉
Bradely, oh Bradely.. He sounds like a whole meal, not only a dessert. He is handsome, he is hot and he is caring (when he wants to be). He cares about Isla more than he wants to admit actually. I really felt sorry for him when he got hurt because he didn’t really deserve it. He didn’t deserve to be played like that but in the end his love towards Isla won.
In the end, did I like this book? A loooot! For everyone who needs a bit of steam in their life, be sure to pick up this book. I hope to read more from Rachael in the future. She knows how to keep you on your toes, wanting to know what is going to happen next.
